:ty Ferny and Susan.

It was hard to choose out of about 300 peoples some to post - I have a few more but they will have to keep for another day.

The 'road to paradise' is about a mile or two long and starts going down into the valley and when you get to the bottom, you can only walk down and down the path till you get to the meeting place where you wait for others to come up from the waterfall before you can go down. I love looking at that road even more so knowing whats at the end of it. :sun

Yes Ferny, I have that photo of me and medium Joao, not on my alter (good idea) but in a prominent position at home, and I blew it up slightly - it brings me enormous joy. Can wait to go back and meet him again - which will be in Feb next year now, not Aug 2011, thats too far away.

The ord photo only shows one orb, but there are many in the original photos - I also got that blown up and they are awesome.

I'll post more photos next weekend for you all.

Wow! So lovely to be able to see the places you were talking about. Thank you for taking the time to load them. I love the way the grounds encourage you to stop or sit for a moment and just enjoy being there.

You can see that they do their best to have as many people come through as they can but still trying to maintain some space and peace and quiet.

The landscape actually looks very similar to an area not far from my place... the road to the waterfall looks exactly like the road to Montezuma's Castle (old native ruins). :lol Is it a big old world, or a small one? :lol

:ty - so glad you all like the photos - not the peoples!!! geez, what a typo that was.

Yes, I love them and will see what other ones I have on the weekend that I can post and show a bit more of the place.

On a positive note..... when I was having my crystal bed last Thurs, I got the message to go back to Brazil in Feb. I thought about it on the weekend and told Deb on Monday night that I will go with her in Feb. She then tells me everyone else from my group - bar one at the mo, is going on the Feb trip plus a couple of others. SO, we are all going back in Feb, for 2 weeks. I am very very pleased about that. I cant wait. I'll just be off the herbs and able to drink alcohol and eat chilli and bacon and then head off and no doubt, get more herbs and start again. :lol. I dont mind though.

Yes Jen, it is really weird that the whole group - bar one at this stage is returning in Feb.

I had absolutely no idea when I said last week that I would go in Feb. the only reason I didnt want to go in Feb is the heat and apparently it also rains a lot. I dont mind the heat when I can go for a swim to cool off.

So, when I told Deb I was going, she said so is xx,xx,xx,xx,xx, etc and I said to ness on the way home, how are your parents and she said they are good and they are also going back in Feb! I just couldnt believe it. Now I know why I was told to go back and I cant wait to do so.

I'm thinking the temperatures of South America seem to be along the same lines as here. Its winter in Argentina right now, as is here.

Glad you enjoyed the photos too Ruby - I just love them.

I wont need as much spending $ this time around either, just want to buy a few books and cd of the Casa music and thats about it. I have my airfare saved already, still got some cash left from last time and just need to save for accom and meals. Nearly there already! AWESOME.

Wow you are good... already got the money figured out and all. When it works that well, it's for a reason! :lol I wondered if Feb would be the rainy season. It gets hot and humid, but then the rain comes and refreshes everything, and for all the heat, everything is so green. It's one of my favorite times here partly because of how great it is when the rain finally comes. :lol
